- Interested parties must submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) through the e-Procurement Portal, ensuring all requisite fees as specified in the document are paid.
- Each bidder or Solar Power Generator (SPG) is restricted to submitting ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ฏ/๐ญ๐ญ ๐ธ๐ฉ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป. Submitting multiple applications for the same substation will lead to rejection or disqualification.

- ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: In cases where ๐บ๐๐น๐๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ are received for the same GSS, the selection will be based on the ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ (๐๐ญ) ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ. Bidders will submit their tariff proposals, and the selection will follow an ascending order of the tariffs quoted.
