REAR Renewable Energy Association signed 5 year memorandum of understating with Bharti Skill Development University, Jaipur. The MoU was signed on 5th Aug 2022 in the presence of Mr. Ajay Yadav (President- REAR), Mr. Arvind Sindhawa (Gen. Secretary- REAR) , Dr. Sandeep Tomar (Registrar- BSDU), Dr. Ritu Tak (Principal- School of Electrical Studies- BSDU) and Dr. Achintya Choudhury (Vice- Chanceller- BSDU). The aim and objective of the MoU is to work in co-ordination with each other so that the education and the industry will match their requirement and so that students will get the best and updated education and exposure and in turn industry will get the trained and most suitable manpower so that the industry will grow professionally.
REAR & BSDU will work together for Research & Development of Renewable Energy which
consists of paper writing, advocacy with govt. awareness creation with stakeholders etc. REAR will provide the industry knowledge & experience every semester through guest lecturers, students visit to the industries and in the events organized by REAR. REAR will provide the placement as well as internship support to the students with our members who are EPC players, Manufacturers other players in renewable energy sector. REAR will provide the help in designing and modifying the course curriculum on annual basis or as & when required basis to match the education with the industry requirements.
BHARTIYA SKILL DEVELOPMENT UNIVERSITY JAIPUR (BSDU) is engaged in providing skills
training in various faculties based on Swiss Dual System of Skills Training. The BSDU awards certificates, diplomas, advance diplomas and B.Voc. Degrees to students after 10+2 schooling. It also awards M.Voc and Ph.D. Degrees to the candidates. It is a flexible program and students can enter/exit at any time. The whole curricula are aligned to UGC/AICTE/NSDC/Sector Skill Councils and are UGC approved.
REAR Renewable Energy Association (REAR) is committed to work for betterment of Renewable Energy Sector through Awareness, Education, Skill Development and assistance to regulatory bodies & other authorities for favorable policy formation. REAR is working in conjunction with all the stakeholders like EPC players, vendors, customers, Govt. authorities, regulatory bodies etc. to streamline the growth of the sector while safeguarding the interest of industry players as well as customer so as to create the healthy competition in market and control over quality by standardization of quality parameters as per Global standards. REAR is actively participating and assisting the concerned bodies in policy formation which will help achieve the Renewable Energy Targets of the state.
Both the parties believe that collaboration between them will promote more effective use of
their resources and provide each of them with enhanced opportunities. The parties intend to cooperate and focus their efforts on cooperation within area of Skill Based Training, Education, Research &Development and Employment.
