VENDOR REGISTRATION UNDER NATIONAL SOLAR ROOFTOP PORTAL (Document formats for Rajasthan Discoms)

In order to protect the interests of beneficiaries and ensure that the vendors installing the rooftop solar plants have the requisite expertise, follow minimum specifications and standards specified by the Ministry and maintain the plant for at least five years from the date of installation, it has been decided that such vendors have to register/empanel themselves with the beneficiaries’ Distribution Utility (DISCOM).

To register or get empanelled to work under National Portal for Rooftop Solar in Rajasthan Discoms (JVVNL, AVVNL or JdVVNL) , Vendor need to submit their application with required documents to Jaipur DISCOM (JVVNL).

1. Application Form in prescribed format in the form of declaration form containing details such as Vendor's /Firm's name, office address, GSTIN/PAN, contact details, etc. with seal & Signature.

2. Self-attested copy of valid Electrical Contractor License of Class "A"/ "B"/ "C" issued by Govt. of Rajasthan.

3. Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) of amount Rs. 2,50,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) valid for at least 5(five) years (PBG Format as per Annexure-III).

5. Undertaking for No Blacklisting & Banning

6. Complete Set of Order by JVVNL duly sealed and Signed by authorized signatory
