• No Refunds :- All payments made for event registrations and membership registrations are non-refundable.Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances.

• Event Registration Fees :- By registering for any event, you acknowledge and agree that the event fee is used towards planning, coordination, venue arrangements, and other operational expenses.Therefore, no refund will be provided in case of non-attendance, cancellation by the participant, or any personal reasons.

• Membership Fees:- Membership registration fees are also strictly non-refundable.Membership benefits and access are activated immediately after registration; hence, cancellations and refunds are not applicable.

• Event Postponement or ChangesIf an event is postponed, rescheduled, or modified, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date.However, refunds will still not be provided.
